About Sadie

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog

2/20/16 Sadie is a 2 year old dog that is being surrendered by her family. They have owned her all her life, but now they say she is too energetic for their young kids and new baby. The failed Sadie by not training her or giving her enough attention, and now they are going to have her euthanized if I can't find her a home. They have agreed to give me a short time to try, before they have her put to sleep. All because they didn't do what they should have as pet owners. But the important thing is that they are giving me a chance to find her a home. Sadie is a Black Mouth Cur and Lab mix. She is good with other dogs and good with kids, just very energetic. She has not been cat tested. She needs a family who will give her the time and attention that she craves, then she will settle down. She also needs a family who is active enough to give her the exercise she needs, whether that is a fenced yard for her to run in or someone who is committed enough to take her for regular leashed walks/runs/hikes or visits to the dog park. This beautiful and sweet girl does not deserve to die because she is begging her family for attention and they have grown too busy for her. Please help us find Sadie a home where she can be the valued family member that she deserves to be! Sadie is located in Arkansas but out of state transport is available.
