About Penelope

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog

4/17/15 These babies were born to a stray dog who wandered onto some people's property and delivered her puppies under their storage shed. Mom was very fearful and the property owner had to cut a hole in the floor of the shed to get the puppies and mama out. But once he did that, mom came around and has turned into a very sweet natured, loving dog. The property owner has decided to keep her but asked Adopt A Stray to find homes for her babies. These babies are absolutely gorgeous. Mom looks to be a shepherd mix, and the puppies appear to have several different dads to the litter. Some look Border Collie, some Shepherd, and one or two even look to have some Rottweiler in them. Of course, we have no way of knowing for sure what their heritage is. These puppies are located in a foster home in Arkansas and will be transported to the northeast once adopted. For more info on adopting one of these beautiful babies, email kelley.aasr@gmail.com. Thank you for considering one of our puppies!
