11/18/13 These little babies were an accidental litter. The mama dog was a stray and the family that took her in did not have her spayed quickly enough. She is a chocolate lab mix, and we believe there were at least 2 daddies to this litter. We are guessing on breeds, just going on the looks of these sweet babies. We are guessing black and tan coonhound, but could also be beagle or Rottweiler for all I know. In any case, they are all absolutely gorgeous. Tundra is the next to the largest of the litter and he has a shorter tail than normal - all of these puppies have shortened tails, I have no idea why. Tundra is a big, roley poley fatty who is sweet as can be! These babies were born on 9/18/13 so they are about 8 weeks old. They are sweet babies. They are also very smart! They are crated here at my house, and allowed play time in my fenced yard during the day. As long as they are allowed yard time after eating their meals, they do not make messes in their crate. They show alot of potential for being easily trained. These babies would be ideal for the family with children, as they are very sweet and gentle. They are not bad about jumping up and play biting. That may change as they mature and as they are seperated from the litter, but as of now, they are some very well behaved puppies! I think any family that gets them will be very lucky to have them. Tundra and his littermates are located here in Arkansas. They will be transported to the northeast once adopted. They will NOT be transported until we have approved, confirmed adopters. For more info, email kelley.aasr@gmail.com. Thank you for considering one of our babies!
