PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

5/13/13 These little babies were dumped with their mama, out on a rural road, and left to starve. Its a good thing their mama loves them so much - she nearly starved to death trying to keep her babies fed. :( Luckily, a kind hearted elderly lady took them in and fed them until she got in touch with us and then we went and got mom and babies. It will be a while before their poor little mama is healthy enough to be listed for adoption, but we are working on getting her to that point. The puppies, all 6 of them, are very healthy, fat babies now. We've had them for 2 weeks and they are doing fantastic! The mama appears to be a greyhound mix, but the puppies look like Pit Bull mixes. They are all just very sweet, loving babies. They are now in a foster home with a young girl who plays with them daily, and they get lots of love from her and the other family members! These babies will make wonderful companions for any family situation. They are now about 7 weeks old and will be ready for their new homes after 5/20. They will be up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, dewormed, and will receive a vet exam before leaving for their new homes. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
