PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.
8/29/23 Let’s talk about this little gem named Jewel! Pro cuddler extraordinaire. This little beauty has so much love to give. A constant shadow she will stick to you like glue. She makes the cutest little whimpers when she wants your attention. She is a talkative girl but not much of a barker. She loves to tell you stories when you play. She is a shy quiet girl in general who loves all humans, but she does choose favorites. It did take her a couple days to adjust to her foster sisters and realize they meant her no harm. She would do fine with proper introduction to respectful dogs. She is playful and active when comfortable but not overactive. She enjoys the outdoors but is finding the couch and bed have quite the appeal. No more cold lonely nights with this gal in the house! She is not food aggressive but is an attention hog so will push her way in if your attention is on another pup. She hasn’t really figured out what toys are for but will chew on bones. She is not destructive but will steal shoes if you aren’t careful. Let’s not forget her stunning good looks!she has a beautiful white coat with hints of gold down her back and the tip of her tail. Showstopper eyes that will melt your heart fringed with light golden lashes. This girl is the whole package. Housetrained and knows a couple basic commands. She had no experience with a crate until recently and has done beautifully. She is eager to please so training will go well. If you are looking for the perfect companion Jewel is the girl for you.

More about JewelGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
