PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

Hi my name is Shelby. I am a 1.5 year old lab/ boxer mix looking for my furever home. I enjoy warm snuggles on the couch, long walks through the neighborhood, and relaxing drives to the pet store for new toys. I play fetch and frisbee like a champion. I can jump so high! Sometimes I do get a little over zealous while playing tug and have to be reminded to be gentle. But I am a great listener.
I have the softest fur. You could pet me for hours. I will follow you everywhere because I just love being with my person. I enjoy a good romp with other dogs too. I am the more submissive type and am very respectful of my furry friends. I would love another dog to play with but I’m ok being your one and only. I am not food, toy , or bone aggressive. You can take them away and I don’t complain. I do love to chew a lot, but I never take what isn’t mine. I prefer to sleep snuggled close to my person but will go in my crate without a peep. I’m up to date on shots, flea/tick/heart worm and am spayed. I used to live with a kid and they’re pretty cool! Cats….never met one! Take a look at all the awesome pictures of me, including some pictures of me when I was just a puppy!

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
