PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

About Princeton

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • Declawed: No
  • Housetrained: No

PLEASE NOTE! These puppies are located in Arkansas. They can be transported to the northeast once they have adopters ready for them. We use www.alphadogtransport.com and www.heartsllc.com for transporting our pups to their families. We list our pups in all of the areas that we offer transport to or near. So even though it may say "This dog is in CT or VT etc" he/she is actually in Arkansas. This is the only way we have of making these pups visible to adopters in other states. We are only trying to give them every opportunity to find good homes. Thank you for understanding!

11/8/19 Princeton and his big brother, Winston, were born in a shelter. Their mama, Amai, was brought into the shelter as a stray and our rescue was scheduled to pull her on that Friday. We were told that some of the shelter staff thought she may be pregnant but were not sure. We got a call on Thursday night, telling us she just delivered 2 babies. We were so sad that she had her babies in the shelter and we didn't get her into a more comfortable environment quickly enough. Nonetheless, we did get her and her 2 tiny babies the next day, and they have been in an amazing foster home since then. Mama Amai is about 20lbs and we believe she is a Schnauzer mix. The babies are clearly mixed with something entirely different and they likely have 2 different dads. Princeton is the smaller of the 2, and he has a soft, velvety coat. We think he will probably be about the same size as their mom when he's grown, so probably around 20lbs. Since we have no idea what dogs bred Amai, it is hard to know for sure. These puppies have been raised with other dogs and kids and are very well socialized. They will be great little friends for any family. They were born Aug 29th, so they are about 10 weeks old now.
