German Shepherd Dog : : Male : : Baby : : Large
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.
PLEASE READ ALL INFO! 7.15.16 These beautiful puppies were owner surrendered to our rescue. Their mom is a German Shepherd Dog and the owner bred her to another German Shepherd Dog but she escaped their yard and could have possibly been bred by other dogs as well. So we really don't know if these babies are full GSD or not, but they sure do look it. They are beautiful! And they are sweet babies! Since their heritage is questionable, and therefore they could not be registered, the owner surrendered them to us. :( They were born on April 30. They will be ready for their new homes after they get their 2nd set of puppy shots. They should be available to leave for their homes the weekend of July 30. These puppies are located in Arkansas and will be transported out of state once adopted. They are not available to meet, unless you want to come to Arkansas to meet them. We do not have a shelter in other states, we only list the available dogs and puppies in the states that we can transport to, or within driving distance. Obviously, it would not be in the puppy's best interest to endure the long transport just for someone to be able to meet them, so we need to have approved adopters before they are transported out of state. Their adoption fee is $400 and the transport fee is $140. They will be adopted on contract for their adopters to have them neutered by 6 months of age. This is not included in the adoption fee. For more info, email kelley.aasr@gmail.com More about HanselGood with Dogs, Good with Kids Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
