PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

10/28/12 These beautiful babies were thrown out like yesterday's garbage - left in a cardboard box on the side of a busy road, when they were only about 2 weeks old. They had just started to open their eyes. Thankfully someone witnessed them being left, and they picked them up and took them to the nearest Animal Control Shelter, and they called us to take them in. Their wonderful foster mom bottle fed all 10 of them for several weeks, then transitioned them to wet puppy food, and now they are eating dry puppy food soaked in water. Next we will make the leap to dry puppy food! These babies are now about 6 weeks old and just got their first set of puppy shots. THey have been dewormed. They will be ready to go to their new homes about mid-late November. We believe these babies are Beagle mix, possibly with Shepherd, but a couple of them look like they could also have some boxer in them. One litter of puppies can have several different "dads", so it is possible that some may be Beagle/Shep and some may be Beagle/Boxer. It is really impossible to know for sure, since we never saw their mom (I hate to think what those horrible people did to her) or dad. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
