JUNIOR is a young hound mix found abandoned and starving in a remote rural area.  We estimate his date of birth to be February 2012.  He is neutered, de-wormed, heartworm-negative and fully-vaccinated.  Junior is very handsome, with markings resembling a short-haired collie, and he has rear dew claws.  He stands about 24 inches at the shoulder and weighs 50 lb.  Junior is current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. He is house-trained and knows how to use the doggie door.  He spends a lot of time outside in the yard and is quite athletic.  He is shy when he encounters new people and new situations but loves the company of other non-aggressive dogs.  Junior is currently located in Arkansas and will be transported to the northeast once adopted. For more information please email kelley.aasr@gmail.com.
