About Lily

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog

Lily is still available. She’s an easy dog to have around who has waited too long for her forever home.
This month marks ONE YEAR that Lily has been available for adoption. An entire year and she is not yet adopted. She IS CAT, DOG, AND KID FRIENDLY!!! She looks big in pictures but she’s only 35ish pounds. She is a friendly girl with a beautiful chocolate colored coat!

I do not understand why she is still available. Post after post, share after share, great pictures….if anyone has any suggestions to help us get her adopted, please let us know.

CAT, DOG, AND KID FRIENDLY!!

✅Only about 30-35 pounds (pictures make her look way bigger than she really is).
✅ House trained, crate trained.
✅She is excellent with dogs of all ages and sizes. Her foster mom has large dogs, small dogs, medium dogs, puppies, adults, and seniors, and Lily is good with all of them.
✅ She’s about 1.5 years old.
✅She LOVES to play with other dogs.
✅Calm in the house.
✅Her recall isn’t the best, so she would be best suited for a home with a fenced yard.
✅ Ready to be your best friend! Read what her foster mom says-
“Lily is a fantastic dog. She may look intimidating to some, but she is quite the contrary. She’s smart and eager to please. Treat motivated. She plays great with my younger and larger dogs yet knows to be gentle with my older and smaller dogs. She hasn’t had an accident in the house in quite some time. She doesn’t mind the crate when I have to leave for work. In fact, she goes in it on her own when she sees I’m getting ready to leave because she knows the routine. She’s not destructive. She loves Nylabones and other safe chew toys. She burns her energy during the day and at night she loves to snuggle up and cuddle. She loves to play with other dogs and is scared of cats! We believe she can live with cats with no issue. She has also been around kids (toddlers) and was just fine with them.”
Her breed is unknown, all we have is her looks to go by and often looks are deceiving, but we can almost guarantee she is very mixed!

Spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
