Jelly comes to us as an owner surrender due to his family no longer having time for him (a lot could be said about that, but let’s focus on finding Jelly a forever home). In his first home, Jelly was abused by his owner, and is now being given up by his 2nd family, so let’s find Jelly a forever home!! Please know that Jelly being given up is to no fault of Jelly. Here’s what his owner’s say about him-

Jelly is a sweet dog whose favorite thing is to cuddle with you under a blanket. He is crate trained, house trained, and good with kids. He is seven years old and a mix of some sort, maybe beagle and boxer? Jelly loves other dogs and enjoys doggy daycare. He loves going for walks but does pull so needs a strong person to hold his leash. It would be great if he had a fenced-in backyard to run off energy. He loves to play tug or chase a ball. He is not too sure about strangers coming to his house and we crate him if we have visitors. He can get anxious if left alone in his crate for too long but does fine sleeping there overnight with us at home. Jelly would be happiest with a human who stays home most days, enjoys walks, and snuggling under a warm blanket. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, on heartworm and Flea/tick prevention.

In New England.
