5/7/22 Ima ❤️ Oh, how can we put into words the wonderfulness that is Ima? Well, here’s what her foster mom says- “Three good words to describe Ima are friendly, sweet, and gentle. She loves going up to any person or dog (any size) we meet on our walks. She is very docile and loves to be pet and is very calm in the house. Very respectful of my things and does not get into food or countersurf. I think she could do well in a house either being the only dog or with another friendly dog. She is probably closer to 60-65 lbs with a greyhound-build (tall, thin/leggy, but healthy looking). Doesn't shed too much either! I doubt she was previously leash trained but does really well (no zigzagging) and does stay close to me. Has not made a peep in the apartment so could work for someone else living in an apartment. Someone actually has been playing the guitar a floor below me and she doesn't seem to care!” We believe she may be a Pharoah hound mix with her extra long snout and legs and tall pointy ears. Ima came to us from a hoarding case. She had heartworms but has been treated. She is very, very gentle and loving. Her foster doesn't have small kids but we believe she would be great with them due to her gentle, loving, affectionate nature. She is crate trained and house trained. She gets along beautifully with other dogs. We believe she's about 3 years old. She is spayed, UTD, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. She is gonna be such an amazing addition to some lucky family out there! Have you ever seem a more regal looking dog? I can't think of any!
