BANJO
Introducing Banjo! Australian Shepherd. He is 4 1/2 months old and currently weighs 17lbs. He will likely be around 35lbs when grown. Banjo is another breeder surrender, from a back yard breeder who will no longer be in operation (yay!). This sweet little guy is just full of puppy energy! He is smart as a whip and incredibly cute! He needs a family who will be committed to giving him plenty of exercise and stimulation to prevent boredom. This does not have to be in a farm setting or working dog capacity. There are many structured activities for energetic, intelligent breeds that incorporate the owner and the pet! Banjo is great with other dogs, non reactive to cats, and very friendly with all people. He is also neutered and up to date on vaccinations, heartworm, flea and tick meds. He is excited to find his forever home!
**as a rescuer who sees the worst in pet care (or lack of), we do not in any way condone breeding dogs. However, this breeder has decided to discontinue their breeding operation so they are surrendering them to us, except the ones they will keep as their personal pets. We are happy to help these sweet babies find homes where they will be treated as family and shown all the love they deserve. Our hearts will always be with the street dogs and shelter saves, but these dogs didn't ask to be born into this life. We have always helped any dog that comes to us if we have the means to do so, and these dogs deserve to be rescued just as any other does.
