12/4/19 Little Miss Abby. She came into rescue when someone found her as a stray, on the streets all alone and starved. The last pic was taken the day she was rescued. The other pics are her today. As you can see, she has made a lot of progress since then. She came into rescue on Oct. 23. She has now been spayed and has had all of her shots. She is working on house and crate training. She is a submissive pee-er with people. She will dribble a little bit when approached, like when I go to pick her up. We are working on building her confidence to eliminate this. She sleeps through the night in a crate and does well with that. She still occasionally has an over night accident, but it's rare. Abby will need some training with other dogs. She does try to boss the other puppies around and we are working on that as well. She does not do that with the adult dogs here. She is submissive with adult dogs. She is not a good candidate for a home with cats. She does try to chase them. Abby is extremely sweet with all people. She loves to cuddle and loves to be babied. She will make a great companion for someone.
